The man in the video looks like he's ready for the Tour de France. He's got his bike helmet on, his shades ready and his bike shorts are as skin-tight as ever, but what's that he's riding? Yeah, that's a tiny bicycle that he pulled out of his backpack!

It's a shame there isn't any info as to who the mysterious man who likes to ride tiny bikes is. He deserves an honorary Olympic medal just for his rare skill!
