Murray Bridge mayor Allan Arbon says the council is considering a detailed decision handed down by an Adelaide district court judge.

On Friday, former CEO Damien Maloney was awarded just over $107,000 after he sued the council following his dismissal late last year.

Mr Maloney claims he’s been vindicated as the council failed to exercise good faith when it terminated his employment.

The parties return to court on Thursday to argue court costs
