Alexandrina council is looking to tighten signage restrictions regarding roadside car sales.

The council has approved a new by law which gives it the power to force the removal of vehicles parked for the primary purpose of sale on certain public roads.

The prescribed roads are yet to be selected but the main Strathalbyn to Mt Barker road is included.
