It appears some people are more satisfied with the big four banks than they were a year ago.
The Commonwealth Bank has made the largest improvement in the Mozo People's Choice awards, moving from last to second place behind the NAB.
The national awards are based on 25,000 customer reviews and found smaller banks are taking it up to their larger competitors.
