Reigning premiers BDT are celebrating another flag after thrashing Karoonda in Saturday’s Mallee footy league grand final.

The mallee magpies trailed at every break to eventually lose by 79 points .. 16-14 (110) to 4-7 (31).

Meanwhile, Mypolonga is into the seniors grand final of River Murray football league.

The tigers, who haven’t won a flag since 1994, but featured in the 2008 grand final when they lost to Ramblers, defeated the reigning premiers Imperials convincingly by 43 points in Saturday’s 2^nd semi final.

An 11 goal second term made sure of that.

Imps will play Ramblers in the prelim final after the Roosters defeated the Meningie Bears by 29 points in yesterday’s 1^st semi final.
