A full costed business plan for a proposed aquatic centre on the South Coast will be prepared.

This is the next stage to eventually develop the facility at a site in Hayborough, a joint City of Victor Harbour-Alexandrina Council project.

The business plan will include project scoping, design, costing and funding options.
