A Monarto residents group is not thrilled with state and local government proposals for their community.

The local residents association claim to have been shut out of economic expansion plans.

The plans are said to be at odds with local views.

Monarto – especially its industrial precinct – is deemed a key part of future growth for the Murraylands.
