A new offer to the Rural Doctors Association provides a range of improved payments and incentives for GPs working in rural areas.

Country Health SA says the new three year agreement would continue to strengthen the working relationship between country GPs and health services.

The Association is now encouraging rural GP’s to sign up to the new agreement saying it incorporates “improved conditions of service”.

It notes though there are still some areas which it’ll seek to further improve in coming years.
