Grammy Award winning rapper Nelly was detained in Texas Wednesday night after police found heroin, marijuana and a loaded gun on his tour bus.

TMZ reported that the bus was stopped in Sierra Blanca at a border patrol checkpoint where police conducted a search of 37 year-old’s tour bus.  A large duffel bag believed to have held .64oz of heroin and over ten pounds of marijuana was seized, along with a loaded .45 caliber pistol.

A police dog is believed to have sniffed out the drugs.

Texas officials said that one of the occupants of the tour bus has been arrested after owning up to the gun and drugs, whereas Nelly and five others have been released.
