Chris Brown and Rihanna have the whole world talking again after a series of unexpected events.

Firstly, Chris Brown and Rihanna have been spotted on a number of dates over the past week.  They were snapped in Brooklyn last week, Chris with his arm draped around Rihanna, in the VIP section of Jay-Z’s concert.

Then, Chris Brown broke up with girlfriend Karrueche Tran due to his ‘friendship’ with ex girlfriend Rihanna.  Chris Brown released a statement to HollywoodLife.com which read:

 "I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."

Sounds like an admission of love to me!

Brown began dating Tran following his split from Rihanna when he was charged with assaulting her on the eve of the Grammy Awards in 2009.

Just hours after he announced his split from model Karrueche Tran, Brown posted a link via Twitter of a video confession that has just rekindled all of those ‘Rihanna and Chris Brown are getting back together’ rumours.

The video is titled “The Real Chris Brown”, and accompanied by footage of his relationship with both Rihanna and Karrueche where Brown confesses to being in love with both women.

Brown said, “I'm stressed out. When you share a history with somebody then you fall in love with somebody else, it's difficult.” 

“Is there such a thing as loving two people? I don't know if it's possible, but for me, I feel like that.”

“I'm being real I don't want to hurt either. I'm not trying to be a player. I just care too much.”

Now ex-girlfriend, Tran is reportedly furious by his admission in the video and furious that Brown would upload such a video.  We can imagine it would be a little humiliating!

She expressed her feelings via Twitter:

“Wtf is going on? All I'm saying is.. You don't mess with people's genuine feelings. You just don't!”

“Life moves on.. So let's all.”

Rihanna on the other hand, seems quite calm about the ordeal tweeting, “Ain't nobody bidness..... But mine and my baby!”

Apparently Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty thought differently however, revealing to InTouch, “I think everyone makes mistakes and they shouldn’t be held to them forever.  Everyone should be forgiven once,” Fenty said.

Rihanna’s father revealed, “There’s a lot more to Chris than the whole world knows.  I love Chris, man. He’s got so much charisma. And he’s always had so much respect for me. That’s what I love about him. He’s always shown me respect.”

Even Oprah Winfrey has weighed in on the relationship, giving it the stamp of approval by informing the world she does not judge the couple should they choose to reconcile.

“I think that if she is prepared to deal with that and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it. I have no judgment about it. That’s why I can sit there and have such a great time with her because I do all my interviews with no judgment whatsoever,” Oprah said.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey in August, Rihanna admitted, despite the breakup and assault, she still loved Chris Brown.

"We love each other and we probably always will and that is not anything that we are going to try to change.  That is not something you can shut off if you are ever in love."

It seems the world is simply waiting for a statement from either Brown or Rihanna’s camp confirming what we already know.
