The long awaited comeback single She’s So Mean from music pioneers Matchbox Twenty has already hit the airwaves, but the boys have been teasing fans waiting for the debut of the song’s music video.

Rob Thomas and the band have been adding still shots of the music video each day for the past five days tantalising loyal fans with the release of the video.

Well, it’s finally here and definitely doesn’t disappoint, with fans making note of a spectacular display of drum-kits ablaze and the fact that Rob Thomas doesn’t seem to age…ever.

This will probably come in handy for the band’s frontman as their album North hits stores September 4 with talk of a world tour soon to follow and appearances as a mentor on The Voice on NBC.

Matchbox Twenty hasn’t released an album since 2007, and haven’t released a full album of new music in a decade…and we’re loving that they’re back!
