90’s kids everywhere are losing the plot!  The Spice Girls have reunited to announce details of their musical Viva Forever!

Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Baby and Posh Spice finally gave fans exactly what they’ve been craving for years when they joined the stage together. 

Viva Forever will open December 11 at London’s Piccadilly Theatre, but producers are warning fans early that the musical won’t be a Spice Girls biography.  Instead, the musical is bringing Girl Power back with female empowerment being one of the main themes.  The show also tells the story of a close friendship tarnished by fame. 

Mel B, Mel C, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Victoria Beckham haven’t been on stage together since their 2007 and 2008 reunion tour. 

Much like Mamma Mia, the Spice Girls musical will tell the story of a group of friends who’s friendship is pressured when the band enters a talent show.
