Justin Bieber is under investigation for causing riots in Norway.

The Biebs announced a free, four-song surprise concert in Oslo when thousands of like totally excited fans turned up causing riot like scenes to break out, causing Norwegian authorities to launch a full investigation.

Of an estimated 15 000 fans that turned up, nearly 50 fans sustained injuries and a further 14 people were taken by ambulance to hospital.  TMZ.com reports that Mayor Fabian Stang has begun an inquiry into the ordeal. 

"I have already called on the Emergency Planning Agency to examine the entire event from the planning stage to its implementation. We have to find out what went wrong and why it happened," Mayor Stang said.

Even the Mayor had to escape the situation or risk being trampled, by hiding behind a nearby tree.

Local police were close to declaring a state of emergency, but instead enlisted The Biebs himself to try and get through to his fans.

What better place to do it? Twitter of course.

“NORWAY - please listen to the police. I dont want anyone getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come first...,” Justin Bieber posted to his fans.

Minutes later, Bieber posted the following to fans, “...for the show to happen u must all listen to the police. we are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for u. please listen”.

The show went ahead, and Bieber is fine, however please join me in wishing his 49 fans a speedy recovery from their injuries.

Apparently these ‘secret’ shows aren’t working out too well for Justin.  Not only did he cause a riot in Norway that almost caused a state of emergency, but after flying to Paris for another surprise concert, Justin Bieber walked into a glass wall.

Regardless of whether it was Justin Bieber or not, can we just say “Bahahahahahahahahahaha!”  …you know you are too.

The 18 year old suffered a slight concussion from his ‘epic fail’ moment when he hit a glass wall between songs while performing in Paris.  He finished the concert, but did pass out for about 15 seconds backstage after the show.  He may have a bump on the head, but Biebs is fine and his manager even confirmed it.

Scooter Braun, Bieber’s manager posted the following on Twitter, "now that he is ok i can say this... BIEBER and GLASS...they dont like eachother," Braun continued. "#ItHappenedAgain...but the fact that he still went and finished the last song and KILLED IT. That was impressive. #TrueProfessional".

Luckily the boy wonder has a sense of humour, he’s already Tweeted about it, "i will see u again Glass. I will have my revenge. BIEBER vs GLASS. MGM LAS VEGAS 2013. lol. #GottaLaughAtYourself”.
