Jason Sullivan, an Australian reality television star has mistakenly attempted to break into Tom Cruise’s home resulting in a taser and an arrest. Jason Sullivan was the winner of Nine’s renovation show HomeMade reportedly attempted to break into Tom Cruise’s mansion while intoxicated, by mistake. On Sunday night, Sullivan, 41, was caught climbing the fence to Cruise’s home thinking it was his own property. Sullivan lives next door to the Hollywood actor. Sullivan moved to LA earlier this year, however you may have seen him spending time with Aussie celebrities such as Lara Bingle in Sydney. The model and former reality star has walked the runway for significant designers including Armani, Valentino and Ralph Lauren and has landed himself an appearance in a US Speedo’s campaign. The Los Angeles Times reported a statement from a police department official, “Upon arrival, officers contacted a lone male suspect who was attempting to leave the location. The suspect had been previously detained by a security officer, who was on duty at the residence and had observed the suspect climbing the fence to gain access to the property.” It is believed the security officer detained Sullivan by tasering him. Sullivan was taken to hospital for treatment before local police took him into custody and is now facing suspicion of trespassing charges. It seems Tom Cruise’s lawyer Bert Fields has been working overtime lately with the divorce from ex-wife Katie Holmes being settled, and now a potential break in. Fields said, “Tom's not a vindictive guy. The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent.” Tom Cruise was not home during the time of the incident, and according to Fields, will not be pressing charges against his neighbour.
