Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green have welcomed a baby boy!

Here’s the clincher:  bub was born back on September 27th, but the world’s only just found out about it now! 

The happy couple have named their (what is sure to be a gorgeous baby) boy Naoh Shannon.  Megan Fox announced the news via her Facebook page:

"We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home. He is healthy, happy, and perfect. We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love."

"Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly," Fox wrote.

While Megan Fox and hubby Brian Austin Green never confirmed the pregnancy, tiny little Megan didn’t have the media fooled!  It seems she’s learned how to stay out of the public eye however, as this is the first we’ve heard she’d given birth – even though it happened nearly four weeks ago.
