Lawyers have confirmed a sex tape featuring Kanye West is in fact genuine, as a second sex tape emerges. Kanye West’s lawyer Lisa M Buckley has released a statement confirming the tape was stolen from Kanye West’s computer, though it is genuine. Buckley said, "Be advised that the screen shot, as well as the tape from which the screen shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr West's computer." “Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen screen shot and/or other materials on the tape constitute actionable violations of Mr West's rights of privacy and publicity," she added. Legal action is expected to be taken should the tapes hit the market. A source earlier this week told Radar Online that “if this were to hit the market, it would be worth a fortune…there would definitely be a lot of people wanting to see this.” While both tapes were reportedly shot years ago with ex flames, Kim Kardashian’s name has been floating around media headlines as a woman featured in one of the films looks uncannily similar to Kardashian herself. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are currently dating. US gossip sites have implied the woman who appears in the tape is model and Kim Kardashian look-alike Jasmine Mony Monn (left), whereas the Examiner claims the woman is in fact Kim Kardashian and West’s camp has paid Monn to take the wrap to protect Kardashian’s image.
In a small, but impressive silver lining for Kanye, both tapes are reportedly quite long in length…
