Heidi Klum has revealed she wants to follow Kate Middleton’s lead and file a lawsuit over topless photos that were taken of her on vacation.

Klum was snapped on holidays in France with her new love interest, bodyguard Martin Kristen when she was photographed…minus one bikini top.  The photos have since appeared online and sources predict the model is set to take legal action against whoever first published the photos.

TMZ reported the following from a source, "The supermodel's camp is on the hunt for the source publication... claiming her right to privacy was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken".

The source confirmed “Heidi is comparing her situation to that of Kate Middleton”.

Topless photos published by French magazine Closer have been forced to cease publication of the pictures by a French court after royals lodged a complaint.
