TomKat are officially over with Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s divorce finalised.

E! News has reported that a New York City judge has approved the terms of annulment at the start of the week. 

It’s been reported that Katie Holmes has received primary legal and physical custody of their six year old daughter Suri, while Tom Cruise has been awarded “generous” visitation rights to see his daughter.

Since Holmes blind-sighted her then husband Tom Cruise and filed for divorce in June, many have speculated the reasons for her leaving have to do with Cruise’s devotion to Scientology.

The settlement is expected to have strict rules as to how Suri Cruise will be raised including the exposure of religious beliefs from her father.
