Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine Jackson has lost custody of her late son’s children after reports surfaced she was being held against her will.

After reports 82 year-old Katherine Jackson had not contacted Paris, Prince or Blanket in over a week, Katherine Jackson has finally spoken out to America’s ABC radio to clear the air.

“There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped…. I am here today to let everybody know that I am good and fine.  My children would never do anything to me like that," she said.

The late superstar’s mother ensured listeners that she just needed a “short vacation” and had not been kidnapped and held against her will at a spa in Arizona.  Instead, her daughter Janet Jackson had arranged for her mother to stay at the spa.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff has made it clear that Katherine Jackson has done nothing directly wrong to the children, however had been prevented from meeting the expectations of her duties by an “intentional act from third parties”.

Paris, 14, has taken to Twitter to publicly vent her anger of the treatment of her grandmother.  On the other hand, her grandmother is said to be “devastated” by losing custody of the kids.

Son of Tito and Michael Jackson’s nephew T.J, has been awarded temporary guardianship of Paris, Prince and Blanket.  T.J told Judge Beckloff that Katherine Jackson was acting “very strange” and had “never heard her talk like that”.

A source reportedly told TMZ that the “prevailing view is that Randy and company have drugged their Mum”.

Perry Sanders, Jackson’s lawyer has told RadarOnline that they will be in court over the next few days to reinstate her custody of her late son’s children.  Executors of Michael Jackson’s estate have voiced their concern for the family members stating, “We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances”.

Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson are currently in a battle to gain control of brother Michael’s estate.

TMZ has reported that Janet Jackson hit her niece Paris and called her a “spoilt little b**tch”, when footage emerged of the pair in a heated argument outside of Jackson’s home.

Paris apparently slapped her aunt back saying, “This is our house.  Not the Jackson family house.  Get the f*** out!”

Police were called to the Jackson home with reports of a disturbance and it has been speculated that Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson stormed the property.   

Prince Jackson, also affected by the recent events of the Jackson family, has revealed text messages he had sent to his family demanding contact with his grandmother, Katherine. 

Prince Jackson also expressed on Twitter that his late father Michael Jackson, had warned him of certain family members. 

"I would first like to start off this tweet by thanking the fans that have always stood by me and my family, my dad really appreciated  your support and I still treasure it to this day. As I am sure everyone is well aware of the events that have been going on. I have been holding off on backing up my sister and her tweets avidly because I was waiting for the time to reveal my side.  As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways. Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt. The following image is of a group chat I had started to several family members.”

Prince then posted this picture (left) on Twitter with the caption, "This group text message I had started was replied to but they didn’t know that I could see the responses. For this whole time, they denied us contact to our grandmother.”
