Tip 1/ Teach you kids to make sandwiches and to love fruit – school lunches sorted! Tip 2/ Re –establish your ties with the local beautician and massage therapist …. then fill your calendar up with pampering – You deserve it! Tip 3/ Create a school folder with a section for news letters/ camps / excursions / Fees / medical notes etc and do this for each child – it will be effortless to be organised this year. Tip 4/ If you have a sudden attack of emotions after you drop the kids to school purchase emergency survival kit: Block of Chocolate Box of tissues that girly DVD no –one will let you watch and a “Do NOT Disturb” sign Tip 5/ Practice this mantra – “ Let’s get back to me” Tip 6/ And if your a working mum….Stop feeling guilty!!! You are AWESOME
