Ken Grenda is the best boss in the world!

The 79 year old has rewarded 1800 of his staff at Grenda Corporation with a staggering $15 million worth of bonuses.

Workers who already thought Ken was one of the best bosses going, rang their bank assuming an error had been made.  Not so, bonuses were on average around $8500, but anywhere up to $30 000.

The Grenda family gave a chunk of it’s profits to their loyal employees after they sold off its transit operations after 66 years.

"A business is only as good as its people, and our people are fantastic," said Ken Grenda.
