In an unlikely tail of heroism, a small pig has come to the rescue of a goat who was drowning at a US Zoo.

Footage emerged on YouTube showing the baby goat struggling in the water after becoming trapped under a rock. Seconds later, a pig springs into action, knocking the goat free, and both swimming to safety.

A bit of an odd couple but what an amazing story.

For some reason, this reminds me of the best friends song from ‘The Hangover’.
