It’s probably the size of the extra pile of cash that Katy Perry is now sitting on after selling the New York City penthouse that was to be her love nest with ex-husband, Russell Brand.

While I’m sure she’ll be upset to let it go, getting close to the asking price of 2.75 million dollars will probably see her turn that frown upside down very soon.
