Donna Summer Passes: Aged 63

Donna Summer, the Grammy-winning Queen of Disco who ruled the pop charts in the '70s with “Last Dance” and “Hot Stuff,” died this morning after a battle with cancer, according to her family. She was 63. Summer brought a booming, gospel-trained voice and high-fashion style to the repetitive, electronic dance music of Europe in the mid-'70s to help shape the international phenomenon of disco, starting with “Love to Love You Baby” in 1975. ‘The Voice’ Controversy: Carmen Booted From Show

I thought this was another reality show where Australia gets to decide whether the contestants get to stay or go but apparently not. The Channel 9 production team have made the decision to axe Carmen Smith from their hit show, because she broke the contract.
