After this morning’s rain around the south coast ruined another fishing trip for me, I’m getting a little bit over this crazy “Summer” weather!!

We should be enjoying Mornings like this…

And long, warm days on the Beach!!!

Usually, waking up to rain on the roof isn’t such a terrible thing, but when you’ve got your kayak and all the fishing gear packed and ready to go… 

OK, we had some good weather last weekend, but that’s just not enough for me!

(Although when the other half wants you to do a load of washing, the wet weather can be a blessing in disguise.)

So far this rain has wrecked fishing trips, cricket games and concerts, not to mention the floods we’ve seen up North – and we’ve got another week of showers forecast!
