So this has been a massive talking point for any nerds in the workplace who’ve visited their technology blogs early this morning then neglected to recheck the story this afternoon.

That is a rehash of it from en.paperblog, the original was posted on El Deforma a Mexican spoof news site.  Here is what that looked like:

So the internet being the awesome rumour-mill-into-fact place that it is, reproduced this story and for most of us we believed it.

And like all things that are begging to be brought up at work, instead of, well work, this was not true.

What is true is that Samsung has lost for stealing Apple gear and now has to pay out $1.05 Billion.  Sux to be thee man.  Here’s Dr. Evil:
