The Bell Gallery has sold for $1,350,000 after being on the market for the last 18 months. It went on the market after the mortgagee took possession. The famous gallery and adjoining residence was last traded in 2007 for $2.85 million |

Wingecarribee Council will get another chance to apply for federal infrastructure funding with the commonwealth adding an extra $150 million to the scheme.
