Coles Retaliates Against Strike Action Sending Home 200 Goulburn Based Staff
Wednesday, 11 July 2012 12:13

Coles_logo Goulburn's Coles warehouse has sent two hundred workers home today as a result of strike action being held by workers in VICTORIA.

Workers picketed the gates of a key COLES warehouse in MELBOURNE'S north from 6am yesterday, stopping goods from going in or out.

Workers say they are prepared to continue for as long as it takes to resolve their complaints over pay and conditions, which they say are inferior to all other Coles warehouse workers

Spokesperson for the National Union of Workers MARK TOLOMI says they don't understand why the issue has come to GOULBURN.
