| Delays On Hume Highway For Asbestos Removal |

Work crews will be removing fascia boards containing asbestos from the Sierra Street overpass. One lane will be closed in each direction between 9 and 3 Monday to Thursday and 9-12 on Fridays until July 6. There will be no effect to traffic on the Sierra Street overpass itself. Roads and Maritime Services says the asbestos will be removed and disposed off in accordance with safety requirements. |
