Christie Brinkley in a new battle with her porn-crazed ex-husband, who infamously stepped out on her with an 18-year-old girl, and is accusing him of sending abusive e-mails

The still-stunning 58-year-old is trying to put Cook behind her, but “continues to endure an onslaught by Peter to ruin her reputation,”. Cook’s alleged abuse got so bad that a year after the 2008 divorce, a judge ordered that he be fined $5,000 every time he crossed the line, says Brinkley’s lawyer Tom Campagna.This past November, Brinkley filed court papers accusing Cook, 53, of violating the judge’s stipulation 28 times. She wants him fined $140,000 and an additional $32,000 in educational costs for their children, son Jack, 16, and daughter Sailor, 13.Brinkley considers Cook “a deadbeat dad,” says the source close to the catwalk stunner. “She’s always been the one settling and paying.”

But, Campagna insists, “This is not about the money. This is about what we’re calling bullying.”And it’s also about the bad publicity. Brinkley was furious when news of her new row with Cook exploded this past week and blamed him for leaking the content of court papers that are sealed in Suffolk County.She’s told pals he’s just out to embarrass her as she plans next month to reprise her role as Roxie Hart in “Chicago” on Broadway.“The last thing she wanted was for this to become a thing in the paper again,” says her close friend.Brinkley just wants to focus on kids, career and her ailing parents, Herbert and Marjorie Hudson, who are 91 and 81, respectively, the friend says.Cook filed a 91-page cross motion against Brinkley Feb. 24. His lawyer, James Winkler, denied there was any leak from his side and pointed the finger back at Christie’s camp.
