Kerri-Anne Kennerley has broken her silence on being dumped from Nine, describing the experience as ‘working with wild animals’.

The 58 year-old doyen of daytime television was dumped from her morning program late last year, and confirmed rumours that she first found out about the news in The Daily Telegraph’

Kennerley says in today’s Sunday Telegraph “Somebody obviously forgot. It was Friday and they were busy . . . I don't think they felt, after the fact, they needed to come and speak to me because they were like 'oh she knows”

KAK has just returned from Safari in South Africa ‘I loved it, seeing all those wild animals and having worked at Willoughby, I was very well placed to deal with them’. Willoughby is where TCN-9 is located.
