Staff from Shoalhaven Council are furious at yet another senseless vandal attack in the southern Shoalhaven.

Following on from a series off attacks on a recently beautified area at East Nowra, vandals have now struck at the Francis Ryan Reserve at Sanctuary Point.

Mayor Paul Green says in what can only be described as a disgraceful incident, the vandals have left an horrific mess after  breaking into a storeroom, stealing paint and spreading it everywhere.

Mayor Green says he is appalled someone would want to trash a valuable recreation asset, which  council and the community have worked long and hard to develop.
