Man Charged Over False Fast Food Allegations
Friday, 06 July 2012 00:36

A man has been charged after allegedly making false claims about the discovery of contaminated chicken from a south coast fast food outlet.

The 27 year old man from Mollymook told police he found a pill inside the piece of chicken which was about to be eaten by his son.

Police from Ulladulla carried out investigations into the incident,  and allege the pill actually came from the man's residence.

He is facing a charge of public mischief, and has been summonsed to appear in Milton Local Court on August 30.
