| Camden Man Critical After Princes Highway Crash |

The crash happened about 9.15 last night when a Ford Courier ute driven by a 48 year old Camden man crossed to the wrong side of the road, just north of Gerringong. A motorist travelling in the opposite direction managed to take evasive action, but not so lucky was a 59 year old Strathfield man , who was following behind . His BMW collided with the ute, leaving both men trapped. Police say the driver of the ute suffered serious head injuries and is in a critical condition after being flown by rescue chopper to St George Hospital. The Strathfield man was taken to Wollongong Hospital, and is being treated for a suspected broken leg, Anyone who saw the crash is asked to call Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000. |
