The latest class of new entry officers graduate from HMAS Creswell this morning (thu) in a traditional passing out parade....there will be two locals, one of the graduates and the reviewing officer.

116 officers have completed the initial 22 week training course and will be reviewed at the formal graduation parade by Australian Fleet Commander, and former Shoalhaven resident and naval aviator, Rear Admiral Tim Barrett.

Among the new graduates is 18 year old Nowra  Midshipman Joel Bulley, whose father Terry is a Lt Commander at HMAS Albatross.

Midshipman Bulley says he plans to follow in his father's footsteps and pursue a career in aeronautical engineering.
