From Friday 8th through until 12pm Friday August 22nd, 2008 inclusive, listeners will be directed to participating stores around the Shoalhaven and the Highlands to fill out a entry form. On the entry form it will ask for their estimate of Gold Medals Australia will win at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games as well as personal contact details.

On Monday August 25th, Peeky and Ricardo will draw a winner during the Breakfast Show. The first correct entry form to be drawn wins the Gold Coast Holiday for two. The winner will be contacted after the draw on-air by Peeky and Ricardo.

Entry is open to NSW residents.

These prizes are not transferable

It is a condition of entry that PowerFM has the right to publicise the names, characters, likenesses or voices of any contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition.

The winner may also be required by PowerFM to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that PowerFM has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises PowerFM at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.

Contestants also acknowledge that their photo may be used for a promotional display at the prize provider’s location.

By entering this competition all entrants:

Consent to South Coast and Tablelands Broadcasting Pty Ltd making copies of the whole or any part of their entry

Grant to South Coast and Tablelands Broadcasting Pty Ltd all present and future copyright and all other rights in their entry in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future

Undertake to South Coast and Tablelands Broadcasting Pty Ltd that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

The major prizewinner will be published on the Power FM Website as well as being announced on air and announced on the day at the venue.

Power FM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process of entry and to cancel terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
