Ricardo

We found Ricardo when he was left naked in a box, half-covered in a baby blue blanket on Power FM’s doorstep… and that was when he was 23 years old. I guess you could say we had no choice but to adopt him, and thanks to his lovely co-host Peeky, boy has he grown since then.

We hear he’s also found a lady love and is off the market. Go Ric! With any more of the nurturing who knows what this man could achieve next? Look out Obama!

Peeky

The lovely Peeky is a mother to two kids and two sausage dogs. Peeky loves to have a laugh – at home you might find her watching old re-runs of Seinfeld and chuckling as though it’s the first time she’s seen them.

She also has the uncanny ability to sleep anywhere – we have heard reports she’s fallen asleep on trains, in meetings, in a heavy metal concert – while standing up against a wall, and in mid conversation with her husband.. not sure what that says about him.

Despite all of this, the lovely Peeky still has the energy to get up at some ridiculous time in the morning and be dazzling on air at 6am with her co-host Ricardo. Can anyone say ‘super-mum’?

Skip

The young'in of the Power team, Skip has an incredible resilience to comments about his hair, which as you can see from his picture, is longer than a shaggy dog with rabies. Skip’s a very special person in that he has the attention span of 5 year old and gets excited over Rubber ducks and fluffy toys – some would find this endearing others would just call this ‘weird’.

You’ll often find Skip lurking awkwardly in corners of the station- he’s here late at night and early in the morning. We’re not sure if he has a home.

Skip is looking for friends – he’s from Melbourne  - ‘nuff said. No seriously, sms him for the Hit 30 on 0428 233 949.

Corynne

At first we thought she was a lovely girl but then it didn’t take us long to figure out this chick is a complete nutter. Corynne loves to show off her ‘super cool’ daggy dance moves and will keep singing all day long, even in the ladies bathrooms…which can make things awkward.

Corynne is a music fiend – she especially lives for the new stuff and gets excited about her daily dose of Aussie indie rock and pop. The low-down is that Corynne has already blown one of speakers in the Power Studio – but don’t tell our techie that.

Corynne is stoked to be living in the Shoalhaven close to the beach where she jogs every afternoon in the good company of her MP3 player – always just a ‘touch’ louder than it should be.
