She’s stepped off her ‘Starship’ and into Aussieland.

Her shows kick off tomorrow night at The Hordern Pavilion in Sydney but not without her hectic list of backstage requirements – are you ready for this?

• Hot teas with lemon wedges, sugar and honey.
• 3 packs of gum in 3 different flavours.
• 12 cans of Red Bull (6 room temp and 6 chilled).
• 24 bottles of Snapple (American iced tea).
• Egg whites (scrambled hard).
• Turkey bacon (fried hard).
• White toast and jam.

And this is my fave bit…

• Belgian waffles – with syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, butter and strawberries on side (for 4 people).
• One large fruit platter with side of mango and one large cheese platter.
• 3 x 12 piece buckets of fried chicken spicy – no thighs, just wings.
• Deli tray for 6 with meat, bread and condiments.

No doubt she’s feeding her dancers with all this food as well as herself.
