But the property owners aren't happy - heritage listing means modifying any existing structure can be a logistical nightmare. Buildings in the Shire up for assessment include King's Theatre, the Tathra Hotel and the Eden Killer Whale Museum. Most of the buildings up for consideration date back to the 1800s and have had several renovations since then. |
