Police have arrested a man, after a sexual assault in Ballarat on the weekend. The 49-year-old man was arrested by detectives Yesterday afternoon. The incident allegedly occurred at a massage provider, around 2pm on Sunday. The man is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman on the premises. |
